They say they don't want any restrictions imposed on their properties by bureaucrats and environmentalists - such as requirements to maintain seegrass that may grow on the reclaimed land. Not to mention sea turtle considerations. Are they right or stubborn?



Maybe both, but one may assume that those who can afford million dollar beach front property didn't get rich by trusting their local governments and hands-across-the-whatever environmental types who crowd the beach with their gas-guzzlin' SUV's.
